Biology Undergraduate Education

Hello everyone! I'm Melany, I am a senior on the pre-med track and I'm from Pawtucket, RI. At Brown, I'm the president of the Brown-Miriam Volunteer Program and a BioDUG leader. I am a TA for Developmental Biology (BIOL 1310) and have been conducting biochemical research with the Xian Group. I have also been a volunteer at Miriam Hospital throughout my undergrad years. Outside of class, I enjoy reading, painting, and writing poetry!
