Biology Undergraduate Education

Hey y’all! My name is Naomi, and I’m currently a pre-health senior (c/o ‘26) studying Health and Human Biology on the Social Determinants of Health track; I’m into exploring how different communities are impacted by health disparities and resource allocation, so a lot of my work on campus is centered around that. Currently, I’m a Bonner Community Fellow, a Team Coordinator at Connect for Health, a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line, and a research volunteer at the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center. I've dabbled in different research labs, too– ranging from clinical psychology, oncology, and community health– here at Brown and through various programs/internships. With that said, if you’re looking for someone to chat about getting involved in community-based research, public health initiatives, or service opportunities both on and off campus, I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned (and what I wish I’d known sooner!).
