Biology Undergraduate Education

Hello everyone, I am a senior from LA double concentrating in Biology and Computer Science. I am fascinated by the intersection between these two fields, especially in the development of Artificial Intelligence software for use in clinical research and medicine. I am a member of Dr. Ece Uzun's and Dr. Alper Uzun's lab, where I focus on creating machine learning classifiers in cancer and creating tools for clinicians, and I have also done wet lab research in T-ALL at City of Hope during the summer. Outside of biology, I have been involved in Orchestra, Science Olympiad, Triple Helix, and as a TA for a variety of CS classes. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
